- Cut paper into a square. Cut also a strip to be used for the handle
2. Fold paper into thirds in both directions.
3. Make 4 cuts.
4. Fold sides and glue or staple. If gluing, allow 24 hours before putting anything in the baskets.
5. For a neater look, (though a bit more fiddly), staple the handle before gluing up the sides.
6. Decorate with shredded (or thinly cut paper), tissue paper and/or little solid eggs.
